TEXT_HERE in /inc/page/home.inc.php and /inc/pages/about.inc.php

/inc/page/home.inc.php
/inc/pages/about.inc.php

There is this code

<p><?php echo LANG('TEXT_HERE',[b] 3, ' '[/b]); ?></p> 

that makes the text "Your text goes here" to show 3 times. I belive that should be removed.

And there should be a BUG section on the forum so users can report bugs.
